50% Mouliné European linen

50% Combed Egyptian cotton

Easycare - machine washable

Saga Yggdrasil is a strong wrap that is strong enough for even the heaviest children. Despite its blend of 50% linen, it becomes noticeably soft and fluffy already after the first wash.

The Saga pattern was designed exclusively for Nordic Slings by an expert in Viking Age ornamentation, Luciano Pezzoli. The design shows, in classic Viking style, a vulture in the shape of an eagle framed by intertwined plant tendrils. The design is inspired by motifs found on a fantastically rich gold treasure from Mammen in Denmark.

The wrap is woven from a luxurious blend of midnight black combed Egyptian cotton of the highest quality combined with a specially spun thread of European linen in two tones. The combination gives you a wrap with a beautiful shine that changes expression depending on the light.

The wrap is jacquard woven, which means that the colors of the pattern are reversed on the other side. This has been taken into account in the sewing, so you can turn the wrap with the side you like best.
