Terms of service
The following applies to all deliveries from Nordic Slings.
Delivery
When ordering in-stock items, your package will be dispatched 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If dispatch is not possible within that timeframe, we will contact you. For pre-orders, the dispatch date specified in the product description applies.
Shipping
Packages to Denmark are sent with GLS to a parcel shop, unless otherwise selected. There is also an option for pickup at the company address. Contact Nordic Slings to arrange a pickup time.
Right of Withdrawal
We hope you will love your new carrier, but if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the package. You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a store, but items must be returned in the same condition as received. Washed or used items cannot be returned. If you change your mind about a purchase, please notify us as soon as possible and include the purchase receipt with the return. The package must then be sent to VAEVA Nordic Slings ApS without delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You cover the shipping costs for returning the item, and you are responsible for ensuring that it is returned safely and undamaged. We cannot refund soiled or damaged products, so we advise that you send the item insured and tracked.
Refund
Once we have received the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days after receiving the item. Remember to return all received items. If parts of the original purchase are missing, the value of the respective item will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made to the same card used for the purchase. We will refund all payments received from you except for delivery costs.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.
While we thoroughly check our products, sometimes a defect may be overlooked. If you receive an item with a defect, please immediately notify us and provide as thorough documentation as possible. Complaints must be valid and present upon receiving the item. Depending on the complaint, we may offer to replace, refund, repair, or partially refund your purchase.
Defects arising from improper handling or lack of proper care for the product are not covered. Return shipping of defective products will be reasonably covered by VAEA Nordic Slings ApS.

(For customers in Denmark) With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months.
